Cheap KOH and free shipping

I thought I could just pick up a hydrogen peroxide as a cheap electrolite. But on second thought I want to use KOH based on the good reviews about it. The only problem is you can't just pick up that stuff at a local drug store. So after 30 mins I found the best deal on ebay - $11.95 a pound with free shipping. Haven't tried it, just bought it today.
