Filter to pass HHO but not water

Has anyone come across a filter, or some permeable material, which will allow HHO to pass through, but not water. If it exists, it could be used as an amazing flashback arrestor.

Yeah, I called it "waterless bubbler". It works great, going on 40K on my Ram diesel on the same material initially installed and not a drop to the intake.

use oxygen stone that usually people use in aquarium. works well for me. you can see it here
