    amp guage hook up

    whats the correct way to hook up a car amp guage to monitor your amps?

    Battery side(+12V)----Ampmeter(+)----Ampmeter----Ampmeter(-)----Electrolyzer(+12V)

    The ammeter gauge is placed "inline" with the +12V power line.
