    Plate Gap?

    What is the most efficient plate gap that you guys have come up with, is there a standard gap or are we all trying something different?

    i spaced mine 1/8" inch and seems to be working pretty good

    In my best producing cell, I had them spaced at 1/16".
    2006 Ram, 5.9 cummins HO. 4 cell design, 1.5 LPM@30amp, 24.3 MPG

    The closer the spacing, the more production you get.
