how to hook up

where do i need to hook the inlet hose at in the vacumm that goes in the carb, pcv valve, or thru the breather past the filter?

if i put it in the breather i will have to drill a hole in my breather top i have an old style just round with a bottom filter and top it dont have no fresh air tube or nothing like that its on a 69 chevy no kind of new stuff like the one in the picture

I would use a carb vacuum, or pop a hole in the bottem of the breather.
