Great to see some action. You can increase the amps/production of gas in 3 ways.

1. Add a little chemical to the water(KOH is best, baking soda is ok). Make sure that the chemical is mixed well with the water and monitor the amps and temperature.

and/or

2. Remove a neutral plate. From -NNN+ to -NN+.

and/or

3. Instead of distilled water, use rain water or tap water or any water that is not as clean as distilled water.
