How much hho is too much or not enough?

I am producing enough gass to shoot out like a flamer thrower, so how much is too much hho and how much is to little?

I think for a large motor at least 1 LPM is recommended for really good results. I know one guy that is getting 6 LPM on three cells and he was getting so much that his motor would speed up going down a hill or anytime he let off the pedal.
He put something on his to control it but I can't remember what it was now.

And that was ok to have 6LPM for his motor? What is a good amount for an inline 6 2.5 liter.

Sure, any amount is ok if you can do all the adjustments needed. He has an older carburetor motor that makes it easier for him.
