    Lucky 13

    Just finished this baby last night. 035 308 stainless wire welded to each plate. It will go into a car this week. I will video and post results.

    I would highly recommend coating those thin wires with some liquid electrical tape, tool dip, or heat shrink tubing them to prevent them from conducting. If left in the electrolyte, they will erode. How quickly, it's hard to say.

    That looks like a nice generator though!!

    are 035 308 stainless steel. liquid electrical tape, tool dip, or heat shrink tubing contain PCBs which have electrolytic properties. As they break down they cause increase in amperage and temp.
