I am lost and need help!! I have 2004 Ford F-150 5.4 V8 and it has 4 O2 sensors. Do I need to install E.F.I.E on all of them? Or I need to install sensors extender on all of them?

you do need to deal with all four. i would just splice the wires coming from all four,(the cars end) and extend them out to one efie or SIM.
I thought u only had to splice the one just before the cat converter, but I dont honestly pay attention to gas engine installation much as I drive a diesel. Perhaps someone else can answer that.

I assume you have two small CATS, one on each CYL bank and there is a o2 sensor before and after each CAT. From what I have been told you will need an EFIE for both of the o2 sensors that are located before the CATS.
