    Question Catalytic Converter Concerns

If I install an HHO generator with E.F.I.E. will it cause my catalytic converter to become congested and eventually fail? It seems that if the fuel mixture is changed problems will be created in that area. I don't live in an area that requires emmision compliance but I know people that do. If their catalytic converter clogs up, they won't pass inspection.

The gasses your are injecting shouldnt have a negative effect on your catalytic converter at all. When its going through you should only have water/steam as your byproduct of the hho part of the injection which is a good thing and will not adversly affect your cat.

It will actually help the cat. A better fuel burn in the cylinders means less fuel left in the cat to burn.

    edit: condensation could accelerate rusting.
