Chevy truck MAF

Does anyone know if the MAF sensors on chevy trucks are voltage or frequency? I have an 06 and was looking to use an EFIE

My 01 has MAF & MAP. I left the MAF alone, and only address the MAP. And the 02 sensors

I believe your MAF like mine is ferquency.

Most chevy trucks use frequency. By only addressing one of the two sensors, you will probably get a code. The computer uses both sensors to check each other. If one does not correspond with the other, DTC.
