I'm about to make my first of 2 scheduled installs this week. The first is a 6cyl 87 wrangler with a weber carb. I have already tapped directly into the top of the air cleaner housing/carb and was curious as to where to tap into for the manifold vacuum? Has onyone done an install on this type of vehicle? I have heard that ther is no improvement in miles if also tapped for mainfold vacuum. Anyone know if this is true or tested it? Any general hints or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Any tips on the best electrolyte?

I wouldn't tap into manifold vacuum, only supply at the air cleaner.
Under vacuum, the boiling point of liquids decreases and you would be creating a problem, not to mention the possibility of ingesting some electrolyte if there was some overflow situation.

if you realy want vacuum then put a T in the break booster line.
