Any chance of a picture to show the connections for the plates?
I also agree with coalman about small amounts of koh. i have known a starting point of 2-3% koh solution.

I am not sure what hp translates to cc, but, they say you need 1/4litre per min for upto 2000cc engine. But obviously the hho production is dependent on the strength of your electrolite and the amps...
Hi all
I after making my own gen and bubbler went the whole hog. I purchased a hho generator kit, pwm unit and a hecchip.
After some tinkering to get it into my car, ( vauxhall zafira 1.8 auto,...
Ok flakes arrived so went testing..
Used the origional design of 8 rings of stainless steel wire. Each ring is 120cm of wire wound to a ring of about 45mm dia. 4 are positive and 4 negative coils,...
Ok some more results.
4 coils using 480cm of wire each with 3 round neutral plates between them pulled 4 amps and gave about 125mils of gas.
Good result as it uses more wire then the first test...
Hi all
Been reading that platinum is a very good electrode for hho. Has anyone ever thought of using old hard drive platters as I thought these were platinum coated???
A thought I had last night.
I am using 8 rings using 120cm stainless steel wire each, so in theory 4 rings using 240cm each should produce the same volume with the same amps.
I am going to try 2...
Hi all
Just wanted to share my test results for my first rig.
I want to produce 1/4litre of HHO for my 1.8litre car, a Zafira.
I used bicarb as my potassium flake did not arrive today...
I...
Thanks for your help, best thing I can do is build this one as the 6" lengths coiled and see what the current draw is.
oh yeah, huh, been a long day bud...
so obviously with that rule of thumb, it will draw way too much current.
also at 6" length instead of 2 foot would give 14.51 cm 2
This cant be right,, 23225.76
Hi rustylugnut.
Diameter is .8mm so should be 2.5mm circumference.
length is 2 feet ( 609.6mm )
so, is it 1524 area, correct??
Has anyone ever tried copper tubes? Just wondered if it would actually work.
Hi all.
I am new to the site and would like to ask what preferences there are for those who build their own HHO systems.
You tube is full of ideas about this but you rarely hear end results of...
Sounds like you are producing too much hho.
My thoughts on this are that you need to start with about 1/4 litre of hho per minute for every 1000cc of engine to get the fuel to burn better. Also with...
