I was looking around Home Depot this evening before heading in to work and came across one of these in the electrical boxes section:

It's a Carlon non-metallic floor box and is ideal for use as a bubbler, it's made from PVC and comes with pre-made plugs for plugging the holes in the bottom. Also, it comes with a tight fitting slide over plastic cap that is ideal for a 'blow off' cover type safety on your bubbler!
It cost me just over $15.
