No my booster isn't that big. ;) I just want to mix 5 gal. as a basic starting point for some testing. Thanks.

My suggestion; don't premix.
Fill your generator and very sparingly add KOH, stir, watch the current.
It is simple enough to do.
I hope that this helps.
Hint: Measure the water in ounces and the KPH in 1/4 teaspoons if you wish to record and/or calculate the % concentrations. To calculate % concentration, you need to know the weight of the KOH.

i agree... mix the solution once ur running ur generator so u can keep close watch on the amperage spiking... if u fill it with too much electrolyte, itll cause thermal runaway and ur water will begin to boil... the whole concentration also depends how u run ur cells... more neutrals, more electrolyte
