Hi all looking for information on how to build and run a hho system on my Mitsubishi legnum
V6 2.5 twin turbo i have read as much info as possible and very kean on running a set up with the info I have read I know I will have to run evoscan to monitor the o2 and keep the AFR in check my only really problem is finding a good answer for how much to produce for this size engine with turbos

For stock N/A:

0.25 - 0.5 L/m per liter of displacement

For modified N/A or turbo:

0.25 - 0.5 L/m per 100 BHP

======== Example =========

For a 2.5L (same displacement as mine)

stock N/A = 625mL - 1,250mL

modified/turbo (@330 BHP) = 825mL - 1,650mL

Now you can roughly estimate power needed assuming the measured mmw stays the same:

12.5A @ 13.8VDC = 173Watts => 1,000mL => 5.8 mmw (~ average efficiency)

Power required:
modified/turbo (@330 BHP) = 143 - 285 Watts (0.19 - 0.38 HP)

You'll be pull an upward of 20 Amps (or more) from the alternator, so be sure to use 10 - 8 AWG wire depending on installation. Marine grade is best.

Have been looking at hho kits and have a bit of a issue if i need a maxium of say 1.9lph from the generator max how can i regulate the flow of gas to match the air flow as i dont what to over lean the mixture as that is one of my problems thanks
