Hi,

I'm building a 120v HHO generator -> 10-15 LPM

I need a large flashback arrestor

Does someone have suggestions for how to build a large and secure flashback arrestor ?

Regards
Remi

As I have said many a time. I use it for the little amounts that are put out by my cell but it will take large quantities all the same. A oxy/acet. flashback arrestor for welding. They come in two sizes.

Hi Quebecker
First I would like to ask you what your using that much gas for. Anything cool? Below are a couple of links for flashback arresters.

Any welding supply shop or on line welding supplier will have these. To get the fitting that these require, I used a nylon male and a female threaded fitting with barbs to force on the arrestor. I had to use a pocket knife to make the flare for a tight fit. If you can find someone with an old set of hoses that are of no use then you can cut the ends of the hose off for the proper fittings. But mine work without a problem and don't leak. Up to you.
