Newbie To HHO

Hi, ive recently found out about HHO in the past month, and have been fasinated by what the future possiblities of this are. Im new to this fourm and would like some ideads on building a really inexpensive wet cell as a first time project. Any ideas are good just need some guidence in my first build. Also would like to know ure thoughts on a cell made of stainless steel washers.
