Firstly I want to say hello to all, because I'm a NEW member !! :)

I'm in order to install an HHO system in a 2007 Suzuki Jimny VVT ..
but first we are allready installed to a friends 2008 Suzuki Jimny VVT

the generator is a 21 plates dry cell
it works at 12A
+ NNNN - NNNN + NNNN - NNNN + (N - neutral plate)

and the problem is that there is a vapour issue and and a lot of heat in the water tank ..

So the question is .. how we can prevent vapour to work properly ??

The only thing that I found here is this topic http://www.hhoforums.com/showthread.php?t=7135

that recommends to reassemble the electrical configuration ..

the other one is to make a steam trap .. (lets say a second tank)
or a filter ..

and about the heat ..
is there a maximum and minimum heat for the tank ??

How large is your reservoir? Do you have the ability to change your neutral plate count to 5 between each power plate? This will reduce the voltage between the plates and help to keep the heat down. Are the plates prepared at all?

The reservoir is 1 liter ..

its a kit and its not "home made"
so there are pins for the cables on the plates .. and it will be a little tricky to change them .. but it is in the plans to try it if there is no other option ..

what do you think will be an ideal electrical configuration on the plates ??

Are the plates prepared at all?

the kit is "fixed" and already installed on the vehicle .. !! ;)

I also read this post http://www.hhoforums.com/showthread.php?t=1426
about the vapour .. but is there a conclusion for this problem ??

Is your reservoir Higher than your cell, and are your lines in a correct position to keep from trapping air pockets?

yes the reservoir is higher than the cell .. i could say 30cm-40cm
and all the connections were made by the manual ..

there are not any twisty lines to trap air pockets, if you mean that ..
