i finnally completed my second cell it doesnt get hot and it produces more gas than my first one but the gas pours out in burst my cell is set up like this: +NNNNNN-NNNNNN+ kind of like the smacks cell

What voltage, current(Amps) and production(LPM) are you getting?

Do you have your output hose too far underwater? It should be just under the surface of the water when observing bubbles, else you create backpressure on the output hose, resulting in output bursts as the cell pressurizes enough to overcome the backpressure.
