HHO Fueled Tankless Water Heater

I want to modify a tankless hot water heater to run on hydrogen. I am not sure if I should start with a propane or natural gas model. I would like to hear the opinions and suggestions from you.

I have not found anyone doing this, so if anyone knows of a video or link I would appreciate that information.

The volume of heat energy needed to raise the temperature of a small quantity of water seems trivial until you calculate the amount of HHO gas needed to do so. Unless you have a low cost source of bottled hydrogen or cheap/free electricity to power your electrolyser, it is more effective to just use a tank less electric water heater.
