My uncle is working on designing things for diesel engines but he's highly skeptical of HHO being able to be used to increase fuel efficiency. Is there anyone here who'd be willing to talk to his engineer employee as to how it works?

I imagine the lack of response your post is experiencing is due to no one really wanting to re-hash it yet again. I know I certainly don't feel up to it. All I can offer is our extensive archive, in which one has to sift the pearls from the poop, but nevertheless has all of the answers in no particular order.
