I have not established a dry cell to this date, but I am wondering how long will a 3 quart reservoir of KOH solution typically lasts mileage-wise. I see a good concentration is at 28% or roughly 3 1/2 pounds per gallon, but each bottle that I could get comes in 2lbs at $8. If I see it could be just as expensive for paying for two gallons of gas for lye.
Also, I think it was BioFarmer who mentioned something about filtering his solution and maybe reusing it. I wonder how you would go about that with my final question.
