What would be the LPM required to cook something for about 5 minutes and what would be the wattage required to produce that much of HHO per minute..I have read that even to produce just about 3 LPM of HHO you need over 400 watts... Is it that high ?;)

Most brute force reactors that are discussed here use around 600 watts to make 3 LPM. So 400 is very efficient. Cooking with HHO might not be a very efficient use of power. I think if a special pan was developed made out of the right materials then it might. Just a guess on my part though. There are commercial water stoves and burners made in Taiwan and I think Korea.
