windshield tank as a reservoir

I don,t have room under the hood to mount a reservoir but my car has a 3.8 liter windshield water tank.Could i convert it into a reservoir?Would it be enough strong? The cap is the "pop" style ,no threads.

I was considering to build an small tank for the windshield water(I hardly ever use it) and use that tank as a reservoir.

interesting idea. If you can manage to make the "pop" top NOT leak HHO (btw hydrogen is VERY small) then it seems doable :)

I didn,t know about that.
Then,the best option is going to be to look for a similar shape and capacity reservoir with threaded cap and mount it on the place of the windshield one.
