has anybody built one before ? I now know that 5-6 neutrals is best but requires alot of electrolyte . I have 3 more 6x6 plates so I could have -nnnnn+nnnnn-nnnnn+nnnnn-. I now it would take a ton of electrolyte but would this give me a lot more production of HHO than my 21 or old 19 plate ?:)
