How can I measure how many LPM I am getting out of my wet sell generator? I would also like to know how to measure my amps and the heat inside my generator. I have looked and can not find how to do these things. And yes I am new to hho and want to learn. Thanks for all your help.

Welcome!
Do a Google search for "how make hho flow meter." You will find that it's pretty simple. You only need a bucket 3/4 full of water, a bottle with known capacity, eg. 500ML, and a stopwatch.
An amp meter measures amperage. Just attach in-line, like a fuse, on EITHER the positive line or the negative one and it'll give you the readings when you turn on your reactor.
As for temperature, you can get a laser type temperature gauge- which requires you to just point it at whatever you want to get a reading from.
