Again here is my configuration,

/ ----------/-----------/ ----------------- to one 12v power source
+nnnn-nnnn+nnnn-nnnn+ 21 plate
----/-----------/-------------------------to one 12v power source

This how I had it with the cell pulling 20amps with little production. I am guessing this is wrong ?

Guessing this is right ? which would give me more production.

/---------------------------------- to 12v power source /
/---- /---------------------------to 12v power source /---- 12v
/ / /-----------------to 12v power source /
+nnnn-nnnn+nnnn-nnnn+
/ /
/ /
ground ground

Very much appreciate a response. Thank you.

Donor, I would love to try and help you but I have no idea what you mean by all of this. Just hook it up -NNNN+NNNN-NNNN+NNNN- (one positive and one negative wire from the battery to the cell) and it should work fine. If not then you have a bad connection somewhere. By the way, you really should use at least 5 neutral plates.

Yeah that didn't post the way I typed it out lol. I know I need polycarbonate ends because my 1/2 plexi kept on splitting where my input and output holes are. I just read a cup of KOH to a qt. of water, does that sound right to you ? Somewhere else said 1 tablespoon per 2lts water. Thats a HUGE difference.
