Is there a good complete kit for jeep 4.7

I am new to this and am not comfortable building my own hho set up as of yet. I have 2003 jeep Laredo 4.7. It has a k&n air tube and nothing else. I get 15.2 mpg around town. Is there a good site to buy a complete hho kit for my setup? Do I need a kit with an Efie?

Can you tell where I can find it..Is it a dry cell or wet cell?
