15 liters HHO per minute

I am looking to produce maybe 10 or 15 liters per minute of HHO gas running at 240 volt around 13 amps for engine cleaning on a 40 minute cycle. Would anyone know if this is sufficient or too much gas as i think this would be similar to an engine carbon cleaner machine ? :confused:

you can use multiple cells in parallel to produce 10 bpm, this amount is sufficient to clean an engine cinders for half an hour
