Hello everyone,
I have a RX300. Currently I have the volo chip and i'm running 15amps on my hho cell. I drove about 150 miles over the weekend, and I haven't seen any MPG change.
Can someone told me to check the air/fuel ratio.
How do I do that? I know the A/F ratio is controlled by the ECU.
Can anyone be so kind and advice me what i'm I missing or doing wrong?
