Has anybody tried that Volo FS2 HHO edition chip?
OR should I go with EFIE O2 Enhancer :

Focus on the EFIE, I am not familiar to the one in the link, but having a well design EFIE is a must if you are going to induce HHO, specially if you car is new than 2000.
