I bought a 1 LPM flowmeter. It was too small so I'm looking at a 2 to 25 lpm job.

Use a big bubbler for testing. I didn't use one and the water vapor collected on the ball. Screwed up the readings big time.

I added a 2 oz bubbler and it helped, but after an hour I had the same problem.

Use a small orfice in the tube end feeding into the water of the bubbler. Big bubbles make the ball of the flowmeter jump like crazy.

Your welcome. I was thinking that the "Watt's Up" meter would be great selling point for a final HHO system. Even though it adds $60 to the price. Maybe added as an option.

Has anyone else ordered a flow meter from Dwyer and what was their turn around time? Most of the items show 1 to 2 weeks to ship. I hope thats not the case.

Hey, about the flow meter, please let me know how well it does for you.

There are two things about the flow meter I should share with you.
1. When using it, you should ensure that the HHO gas passing through it is DRY. Water vapors can seriously degrade the accuracy of the readings.
2. During flow measurements, you should not use a bubbler. Bubblers will make the readings bounce a lot.

Dennis, I ordered the vfb-67-ec-ss. Good choice?

The flow range on this is 1 to 20 LPM. This means it is most accurate near 10 LPM. If you are expecting 10 LPM(which is a lot), then this will work well. I think most HHO systems made for vehicles normally produce around 0.5 to 3 LPM.

I think that vfb-67-ec-ss maybe rated too high for your application.

You should go with the vfb-65-ec or vfb-65-ss instead(0.2 to 4 LPM).
