help please not much HHO action in my cell

a newbie here guys. i got a wet cell bottle and iam using distilled water and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and i dont see much hydrogen forming. what could be the reason? i stepped up to 1 teaspoon aswell but same results.

please help guys thnx
