looking to install an hho kit in my 1998 cavalier 2.2l. i drive 100 miles a day to work and am looking to improve my milage.
im looking to buy a "kit",i have read and read and read,every article seems to say the last one is wrong,frustrating. i know that tuning will be needed,just need somewhere to start,with a kit that works.
any help will be great,i am a certified auto tech and have been for over 10 years,so i uderstand efi engines and how they work,thanks.
