Hi, new here...
I am reading about HHO for a long time and made some a wet cell and dry cell myself, but was always overheating, kind of gave op on it and bought a kit and installed it in my VW Rabbit 2007. I see some change in gasmilage but still have to figure out how much. I also installed the volo chip.
Now when I started experimenting with HHO, I was reading everywhere TAX REFUND from STATE and GOV... STATE up to $400 and GOV $2000, someone even told me he had the forms to file out to send to the IRS.
I did some research on the IRS site to find the files, but I need more forms.
I found the forms 8911 and 8849, 6426, 6427...

Also my wife saw on the tax forms that there is a section to file HHO, I just need to figure out the correct forms, but is hard to find.
Can anybody tell me what forms I need, please.
