Does anyone know how to connect a HHO to a 2 stroke outboard.

I asked a small engine mech friend of mine, he tells it the HHO promotes a clean efficient buring during combustion it will harm the cylinder walls because it will be burning the oil used for lubrication. I am not familiar how a two stroke works, hence I have not entertained the idea. but I thought of installing a unit in my jetskis.
Now on a regular ICE gas and diesel it works great, especially on diesel engines.
