Newbie with pu needs advise

hey guys, i do heating and cooling, i heard from one of my customers about hho, so heres what i'm dealing with. I have a 99 f-250 6.8l v-10 gasser. efi. i am just wondering if its possible to do hho, how its done and anything special i would have to do to my engine before installing and running hho if possible. even a 1mpg gain is nice to have when you only get 8mpgs any way. thank you for the patience with my many questions.

I've installed one on the same engine but on a F-350 work truck that carries tons of equipment and a crane on the bed. All you need it 2.5-3 lpm an EFIE from Fuel Saver (Quad Digital to be exact) run the system around 25-30 amps and feel your truck come to life and enjoy the 30+% increase.
