How to know if i am producing enought HHO?

can anyone tell me how can i know how HHO i need for my car?
i have 1.8L engine subaru legacy year 99...

You'll need a minimum of 900 milliliters per minute output not counting any water vapor. The standard rule of thumb is HHO required = 1/2 engine displacement.

say i have a dry cell 6x15 21 plates .... the 2+ 2- setup... is it good or is there a better setup for that ?
