HHO Generator Start-up

Dear all,
I've read many on HHO Generator.
I'm looking to build my first generator by following the way of Mr. George Wiseman, eagle-research.com, the idea is interesting.
Any comments about it?

if somebody have some details plan of the George Wiseman Electrolysor, I will appreciated.

Or if somebody have some suggestions, I'm open......
