So i was thinking, I wonder if that would do anything, if you had a device that rapidly spitched the terminals. pos into neg and neg into pos. back and forth really fast. I dont have any basis, just wondering if that would do anything, or if it would help. I dont really know how one would make something like that so as to test it, any ideas cause I wouldnt mind at least giving a try and seeing if it does anything.

I Can't answer that question, but I can say, it's been discussed in here before. I don't remember when, I don't remember the details, it didn't pertain to me, so I didn't pay too much attention to it, But, it seems like it was decided it couldn't/wouldn't work... Again, I don't remember, but search, it's been discussed here...

Hi,
I've read elseware the an ac voltage input makes the gas forming on the
one plate revert somewhat back to water. The oxygen forms one plate hydrogen the other. Sowhen you change polarity the little bubble forming
recombines.this is why ac is rectified to dc before gas electrolisis.
