HHO gen stock on 2010 mazda euro spec diesel

Hey i seen a review of a car today and was wondering if anyone seen or read about this. a new Mazda in europe with a turbo diesel comes with a system that uses Urea and deionized water. video says its pumped into the exhaust to lower emissions

I've heard of systems like this for large stationary engines (as that's what I'm involved in), for reducing emissions - particularly NOx gases - but not on cars. That's a first.
