I've just completed my first attempt at a hho. I have everything put together and such, but i have ran into a problem. Whenever i start it up, i think i'm having a production issue of some sort. Instead of getting a constant flow of bubbles in my bubbler, it produce's 1 large bubble at a time. So it seems that instead of a constant rate being produced and released, it seems to only produce enough for a single large bubble..release's then begins again. Has anyone ran into this problem before? and if so can you give me some help on resolving the issue please :)

Yeah, I think we're going to need a little more details like:

Type of cell
How many plates
plate gap
Configurations of neutral
What Elyte are you using
Elyte concentration
Volts being applied
Amps drawn

etc
