I watched a few other videos from them. They have video that is the same cell that claims 3 to 4 LPM. They measure their output differently than we do. Listen to this video.

I wonder what he was smoking or snorting before he made that video. I had a chemical reaction cell I made that put out 1.5 liters a minute on a small test (yes I have video) and it did a lot better than that. I doubt that cell is making 300 ml a minute, let alone 3 liters a minute. Where is the flow meter? They are cheap and they end all speculation. Claiming liters per minute based on bubbles is a joke.
