I believe that I might have a leak in the system somewhere... what is the best way to track it down and fix it? I think this because at 25 amps I am getting 1.5 LPM, but If I increase to 35 amps, I still get 1.5 LPM.

I like to submerge the entire cell in water and look for leaks that way. Do not power it up. Simply use a tire pump and fill it with air. Be careful not to pressurize it too much.

The tire pump is a good idea. A spray windex type bottle filled with soap solution is good too. Spray it on and look for bubbles

For gas leaks i've always use the soapy water trick mentioned. This works best with some pressure, dosn't need to be a lot, low pressure LP systems (11 water columns in. or about .4psi) will bubble if leaking. Full submergence has got to be the best test, but quite the undertaking.

Thanks- I will try the soap solution first, then maybe try and submerge the whole cell.
