This YouTube DMCA battle is a waste of time.

Personality bashing is a waste of time.

Name calling is a waste of time.

The only thing that matters is accurate data.

Does HHO work?

If you 'believe' in HHO, produce the data, and allow others to verify it.

FWIW

I personally don't waist my time with those HHO "truthers"(as I call them).

I argued and argued and it does no good. Their argument is all academic, paper based with out actual construction of a cell. I challenged them to build a cell and try it and boy...that's like asking an arson to put out a fire.

I have some issues with smack, but when he get's gained up on by these loons, makes me stick up for the guy.

Do you support Smack's DMCA complaints?

Do you think the DMCA complaints are valid and/or legal?

No I don't. Because if you post a video on youtube with protections then anyone can have it. that's why I haven't post much until I got some good results.

Now if my video's are copy righted then DMCA will have validation here. That's why there are'nt new/old movies and music video's posted. Try finding Wang Chung "Dance Hall Days" or Morris Day's "Jungle Love" or Confederate Railroad's "trashy Women". All are older video's but they have some copy right that prohibits them from Youtube only when it's "secondary music in the background when it may stay on Youtube.

As far as smack with DCMA's will he's on his own.
