i was wonder i read somewhere on this forum that HHO gen. should be 1/2 off the engine size example 2.0l engine 1LPM HHO gen. Let say i will build dry cell 3LPM what do i have to install between car battery and HHO gen. to lower the voltage or amp?

You could just use a Pulse Width Modulator.
Ive recently gone back to thinking the electrolyte concentration should be adjusted to the amperage draw desired. Then use the PWM to dial it in and maintain it.

Example say my goal is 20 amp draw.
I mix my KOH to give me 21-22 Amps when the cell is as cold as it gets.
Then i adjust the CC(constant current) PWM to dial it back to 20 amps.
According to Phil If i mix it stronger than that i loose more current to the PWM's power conversion (RMS). (which makes since to me)

I'm personally starting to play with a variable PWM. It is supposed to give for example 10 amps at idle and 30 amps when accelerating.
