I was wonder if changing the water flow between plates will make more gas production? i attached the file.

The only problem that i can see after a quick look at your design would be an airlock issue with the plates with the flow holes on the bottom. Unless there would be another way for the HHO gases to escape you would loose alot of the plate surface area on the plates with the flow holes on the bottom due to a bubble of hho sitting at the top of that plate.

let say i will have 7 8 x8 plates so where i should put the holes and how big? drawing will help a lot

Put gas holes (3/8" - 1/2") in the top of each plate, keeping them aligned as much as possible. For the electrolyte holes, they should be about 3/4 of the way down. Each of these should be on alternate sides. For instance, one at 4 O'clock, the next at 8, then 4, etc.. Staggering will help with current loss.
