dry cell water flow

correct me if i am wrong as far as i understand dry cell design the water inside the cell if constantly flowing thru that's why we have to always install a small water pump outside the cell is that correct?

but we do need separate water container which will exchange water in the system?

Generally, gravity works just fine for keeping the cell full of water. You should have a small tank of extra e-lyte slightly above your cell, in order to keep it topped off.
