His site looks like he is selling old fashioned wet cell kits. Smack wet cell knock offs. I have never heard of his ecu genie or how it performs. If he has truly built a device that can counter ecu adaptive memory, then he may have a best seller.
Let us all know how if performs after you install yours.

yeah i'm always skeptical of sites that don't update their info...It would be great though!
